I met Lori Kenner through American Express. She is a fellow England lover! Before the pandemic got under way, she planned a most wonderful trip, including two tours: London and Manchester, besides a tour of England to coincide with a trip I would be making for an investment I had made. As Covid ran rampant, Lori was "on the ball" to make sure everything was going to plan. And, when it was obvious to all that this whole trip would have to be cancelled, Lori worked her magic wand and I was refunded all my payments, including the airline. She did this all conscientiously, happily, and always emailed me with the progress. She made something not so fun, a lot easier to deal with. I have very good news that my investment is a play that will be planning to open in London in May.
