I’d like to take a few moments to discuss our experience with Carol Ann Liebman, our Preferred Travel Advisor.
We knew, when we decided last year to book our very first trip to Italy, that we would ONLY call Carol Ann at the Boca Raton office. She had already helped friends of ours book their international trips, and they were all extremely happy with her.
This was to be the ‘trip of a lifetime’ and we scheduled it for this past May.
She worked diligently to book us on the best Mediterranean cruise, within our price range, at the best time, and with the most ‘benefits’. We were so excited!
Then Covid19 hit, and of course, the trip was canceled.
Carol Ann handled EVERYTHING. We didn’t have to do a thing! We were able to get most of our money back on tours, etc and we put the money on hold until she could book us on something else in the future...
We are now booked for 2021, on an even better itinerary, and really looking forward to, hopefully, going. But we also know that if Covid19 continues to be an international problem, we have Carol Ann to advise us and take care of ALL our travel arrangements.
