Just wanted to inform you about the fabulous job Roe did for Valeska and i during our unintentional extended stay in Santo Domingo over the spring until mid summer. She worked tirelessly to aquire tickets at the best rates for us, informed us in a timely fashion everytime before each of our several return flights was cancelled.

She returned every phone call we made promptly and was extremely patient with us. when doing so. She totally understood our frustration with the situation and was a huge help in keeping our faith that she would get us home.
