A few lines to tell you how happy I am with the help that Giselle is giving me with my future trip. Each time we talk she has been both cheerful and helpful, We recently got all of our trip nailed down, when my sister, travel partner, informed me the dates wouldn’t work for her! (If she lived closer, a murder may have occurred). I called Giselle, with sweaty palms, she couldn’t have been any nicer. Her first statement was “no problem”.
