The trip was fabulous! The only issue was the flight to our destination. The flight was changed, the airline changed our seats- we were not together and three seats were the back row of the plane. This should have been picked up on and changed prior to our departure. Stacey did a great job guiding me in select the hotel- it really was the best one for us. She offered suggestions on what to do and advised us on some specifics to do ahead of time. Also, she booked us Mint for our return flights which was a pleasure to have as the closing to the trip. This was my first time working with a travel agent and I am still learning what a travel agent does for you beyond booking the hotel and airfare. Hoping to learn more... Thank you.
