We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to join our team full-time in our Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients plan seamless travel experiences.

This role involves assisting clients with travel planning, making reservations, managing itineraries, and providing outstanding customer service. The Travel Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized travel solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and related travel services
• Create and manage detailed travel itineraries
• Provide expert travel advice and recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client support
• Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details
• Work independently and collaboratively to support agency goals
• Stay current on travel industry trends, supplier updates, and destination information

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel arrangements or working at a travel agency
• Sabre experience required
• ClientBase experience strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and client satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing travel environment
• Certified Travel Associate (CTA) certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English required; multilingual candidates are a plus
